Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Eladde Inc ("Manetho", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Manetho accounts-receivable service. It applies to our customers and to the people whose information our customers ask us to process, including the payers of overdue invoices ("debtors").

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

3. Accounting Platform Data

When you connect a third-party accounting platform, we access only the data needed to identify and recover overdue invoices. We use this data solely to provide the service to you and do not sell it. Our access is governed by the permissions you grant and by the platform's terms, and you may disconnect the integration at any time, which stops further access.

4. Legal Basis and Your Role

Where you provide us with information about third parties such as debtors, you act as the controller of that data and you confirm you have a lawful basis to share it with us; we act as a processor handling it on your instructions to perform recovery. Where we determine the purposes and means of processing (for example, your own account data), we act as a controller.

5. How We Share Information

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data, and we will honor such requests subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

We operate internationally, and information may be processed in countries other than where you or your debtors are located. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you and other data subjects may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be made using the contact details below. Where we process data on behalf of a customer, we will direct relevant requests to that customer.

10. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you.

12. Contact
